This experience will educate you about the historical development of Serbia, the many wars that the Serbian people survived, the religions that intertwined in this area, the old streets, untold stories and the many mysteries of Belgrade.
You will have the opportunity to visit St. Mark’s Church and hear why it is unusual and to see the only preserved mosque in Belgrade. You will witness the buildings destroyed during the NATO bombing, hear about innocent victims, understand the history of Yugoslavia, explore the beautiful Tasmajdan Park and visit the Dorcol neighborhood. You will discover the main sights of Kosančićev venac: The Residence of Princess Ljubica, the Museum of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Holy Archangel Michael Orthodox Church.
Furthermore, we will continue with cultural stories through the authentic, local flavors of Serbia. You will have the unique opportunity to try domestic rakija, wine, juices, jam, and honey and get familiar with Serbian customs and traditions.
